1. Brainstorming

Introduction, On Monday the 12th of May Mrs Kumar Performed an Experimented a Food colouring thing.

First, Mrs Kumar got two Plastic cups and she Poured cold water in the left cup and she Poured hot Boiling water in the right cup and then Mrs Kumar put the red table in front of us and then she put to of the cups on the red table and she got green food coloring out of her bag.

Next, Mrs Kumar told Mrs Pat to take a lot of pictures and Mrs Kumar opened the lid of the Food colouring and put one drop of food colouring in the cold water and one drop of food colouring in the hot boiling water but the food colouring mixt faster.

Then, And after Mrs Kumar said which one will mix faster and the cold water was Mixing slower like a turtle and then we were writing about and then  we had to go to lunch but when we were finished with our lunch we had to continue with our work.

Finally,  we had to go outside because it was playtime.

Conclusion,  I felt super shocked after I saw what happened with the cold water and the hot water .

On Monday the 24th of February we made buttered popcorn, which was so yummy. Mrs Kumar bought a box of popcorn and there were three packs in the popcorn box.

First, Mrs Kumar used the class Dojo to pick up the students and get the popcorn from Pak n Save. After the first break we made the popcorn and the first two people opening the popcorn pack were me and Kingston. The second person who put the popcorn in the microwave was Grace and Rianna. 

Then, Mrs Kumar told us that we could watch the popcorn pop in the microwave. All of us were watching it and I could not see the popcorn popping because there were a lot of people crowding it and I saw a little of it popping.

Next, it was done and then we put the other popcorn in the microwave and then Mrs Kumar chose the people that were putting the popcorn in the microwave and it was Alan and Antonio.

Finally, my two best friends Amaze and Grace needed to get the paper towels and they got 17 because there were 17 students then  Mrs Kumar played Dharman’s video for us and then we all watched it.

I have learned that making popcorn is so easy you just buy the popcorn from Pak n Save put it in the microwave then do it for 2 minutes and then when it is done you take the popcorn out of the microwave and then you open it and then you pour it into a bowl or just leave it in the bag and then you just eat the popcorn in the bag or in the bowl.

My Favourite Birthday

My favourite birthday was when I turned 8 years old. I celebrated my birthday at Chipmunks and I had fun with my cousins and my siblings.

First, when I turned 8, my family and my cousins were there on my birthday. My dad went and got me a rainbow cake and it was colourful inside the cake. All of my siblings and cousins wished me a happy birthday and my handsome, lovely dad got me a gift. 

Then, when my dad got me a gift, there was a colouring book with pencils and candy inside the gift bag. My cousins were asking for some candy because they were rainbow-striped candies.  I shared some of my candy with them and they were really happy. After that, we went outside and played pass the parcel. Pass the parcel game is where we wrap a gift and we all have to sit in a circle. The music is played and when the music is stopped, then the person holding the parcel gets the prize. 

Next, when we were playing pass the parcel, my cousin won and we played again and again. I got a gift and it was a water gun and I sprayed it on my cousins. We also had a water fight and my dad built us a water slide and he put soap on the slide. It was so much fun because we laughed a lot.

Finally, I took a little nap and I went down the hallway and I saw a BIG! surprise on the table. I saw like about 25 balloons and there were five blue circles inside and clear balloons with white circles. My family all sang happy birthday to me loudly and I blew out the candles and cut the cake and gave it to my lovely Nanas. My parents gave me a two- to 50-dollar bill and I said thank you so much to my parents.                                                                                                        

When I blew the candles, I wished for a loving family and to be happy with them and I gave my parents a big hug.  In the afternoon we went to  Gravity but it was closed so we went back home. It was ok so instead we went to Mission Bay Beach. We had a picnic at the beach and my cousin was there too and I think that was my favourite birthday so far and it was a lot of fun.

This term we are learning about Relationship Among Living Organisms. I have made a table of living and non – living things.

I met there little baby animals. one was a little calf that was white and brown and two baby lams and the calf s name was  JB and i don’t know the two lams name. Xzavia is Mom’s name is Jasmine and she works at the farm for 4 years and the partner worked at the farm in 30 years and Jasmine is hair is red and the lambs leashes were pink and purple. The animals that I petted were two lambs and one calf.

This theme is about The ant and the grasshopper. The Grasshopper was very lazy and would show know care if anybody got hurt or gave stuff to him.

one sunny Morning there was A grasshopper Playing music with his flute Until he saw A group of ants gathering  up With fruits

The ants were working hard at the feld and they would go for miles to come back to there home and drop off the food they collected and come back out to get more food.

The Grasshopper was very lazy and would not care about such a thing happening and said it is time to go outside and enjoy the wonderful weather. 

 when it was a Sunny day and the grasshopper was lazing out in the sunny day and he was playing his Music his with his flute and he saw a Group of ants Walking in the line with 

fruits and said this to the ant’s  why are you working hard come and enjoy the sunshine with me and the ant said no and the ant said we are getting some food before the cold weather come and he was to Busy Playing his flute and he looked at the fruits and he snatched it for the ant and the ant got angry at the grasshopper and it started to snow and the ant snatched it Back and ran back to the house.

When the ant ran back it was snowing hard out and the grasshopper was walking to the ants’ house and he looked through the window and he saw the ants having fun in the house.

the grasshopper was happy with the ants and he Played with his flute for the ants and he was warm in the ants home and he learned his lesson
